Fresh hot green jalapeño peppers that are diced and frozen.
Medium heat with a sweet, earthy but bright flavor.

Red Jalapeño
Fresh hot red jalapeño peppers that are diced and frozen.
Sweeter than their green counterpart, red jalapeños are often preferred for sauces, and are used as the base for Sriracha Hot Sauce.

Fresh tomatillos are blanched, diced, and frozen.
Tomatillos have a tart, fruity, herbal flavor. They are often used in sauces, salsas, jams, and preserves.
